Now let me tell you why I chose this: This is the most delicious and simple marinade ever! I've been eating Bulgogi Fried Rice at this local hot spot Zen Forest (http://www.zenforrest.com/) in Trinity, FL. Every time I came home from UF, I stopped here for some bulgogi! It is addictive, and for the past four or so years, I could never put my finger on the ingredients or even thought to google it! What was wrong with me?
As it turns out, the unique special flavor that I love is SESAME OIL. Just check out my pics below and follow the directions step by step. You'll be making it at least once a week! Go ahead and give it a shot and ask my questions if you hit a snag.

Tips: I toast the sesame seeds myself. Be careful, because they burn fast in a skillet. I also like to fry half of it at a time so that I don't crowd the pan. This way, you'll get really crispy beef.
